At Lunar Utopia, we carefully prepare each order before it ships.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.
United States shipping
Free Economy shipping is currently available for orders shipping within the United States.
Estimated transit time after your order ships is 5 to 8 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International shipping
We currently offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package details. Available shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. Lunar Utopia does not control these charges or the time required for customs processing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at lunarutopiadesigns@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
Delays, lost packages, or damaged orders
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery times.
